Our Story

A cornerstone of Southern hospitality

Nestled along one of Columbia's most vibrant corridors, Sims has long served as a sanctuary for travelers who appreciate the finer details of a well-kept lodging experience. Our building carries the quiet confidence of classic architecture, and every corner reflects a commitment to comfort that feels both timeless and personal.

Whether you are passing through on business, exploring the historic sites of the state capital, or simply seeking a restful night in a thoughtfully appointed room, we invite you to slow down and settle in. The South knows how to welcome its guests — and we intend to show you exactly how.
